I normally don't go for the whole cos-play thing (mostly because I'm jealous that I don't have a cool costume to wear around and show off), but I've got to admit this guy's War Machine suit is awesome.
This is Pretty Damn Impressive

Awesome, one of a kind, $9 t-shirts @ TeeFury.com
Looking for an original piece of artwork to wear that expresses your love for all things pop-culture while at the same time only spending $9? Well, my friend look no further than TeeFury.com they update their site daily with cool new designs from emerging artists. The only trick is the shirts are available to purchase for 24 hours only. Here's the print of the LOST t-shirt I bought a few weeks ago.

LOST Comics
I've still got love for LOST, despite the story not advancing for the past 2 episodes, and so does artist JJ Harrison. Although, his love appears to be greater than mine. Harrison has been creating LOST mini-comics online at his site. His visuals are simple & cartoony and his sense of humor toward/about the show is dead on. Below is a sample of his work (click it to make it bigger -THAT'S WHAT SHE SAD! ...sorry, I just had Michael Scott moment). Be sure to check out JJ's other, non-LOST inspired artwork here.

LOST 365 Art Blog
Seriously, this is the best thing I've seen in a while. Artist Jared Stumpenhorst has taken it upon himself to create one piece of LOST inspired art a day. A piece of art a day! That's dedication my friend. His style is minimal, but powerful. Below are my top 10 favorite images from the past 33 days. Be sure to check out of his LOST blog here and his personal blog where you can purchase some of his cool t-shirts. Enjoy.

Artist Spotlight: Polly Morgan
Based out of the U.K., Polly Morgan (as seen in the first photo below) is not your typical artist. She somewhat magically recreates life where there was once death in what can only be described as taxidermy art. Now before you get your panties in a bunch over whether or not this is cruelty to animals, Morgan's website has a disclaimer on how & where she received her "materials". Check out more of Polly's work here. Enjoy.

Artist Spotlight: David Kassan
David Kassan is from Arkansas, but don't let that deter you from enjoying his art. His photos are really detailed and the way he captures... wait... they're not photos? He's a painter? Really? If you don't believe me, then check out more of Mr. Kassan's hyper-realistic paintings here. Enjoy.
PS: Is that Kate Austen down there?

Artist Spotlight: Joshua Hoffine
Ever heard of Horror Photography? No? Neither have I, but I'm glad I know about it now. Joshua Hoffine is a leading photographer in this style of art and it's not hard to understand why. His pictures are amazing and really well thought out. I could go on and on about how good they are, but really the pictures speak for themselves. Below is a sampling, but there are more photos over at Mr. Hoffine's website and if you're really interested he has a blog which details the making of each picture. Enjoy.

Artist Spotlight: Melli Ink
Melli Ink is a German artist who has basically dabbled in every art medium there is (painting, drawing, film, theatre, etc.), but her real strength lies in her sculpting - particularly with her glass sculptures. She has this morbid style of art that I really dig and her work is painstakingly detailed. Below is a sampling of her glass figures, but you can find a wide variety of more creations from Melli here. Enjoy.
