Ok so someone real has to explain Facebook and Twitter to me. From what i understand Facebook is like myspace but you can't design your own page and you cant have a band page. Wow sounds great. So why is everyone using it now instead of myspace when myspace can do more and was already there in the first place? Yes i have a facebook account but the only reason i even signed up for it was because apparently everyone is using that now and i find myself logging in once a month. Even my mom is on facebook now and while i love my mom, that makes me NOT want to use it.
Another new fad is twitter. So let me get this straight. Twitter is a website that basically took the worst part of myspace and facebook and turned it into a website... ok. i guess that's cool but not really. I mean who really gives a shit what someone is doing 24/7. That website is the most boring, ridiculous, POS i have ever seen. Is everyone going crazy?
why is it that Comcast chooses to charge me a ton of money for basic things like internet and tv and they can't even do that right! it's almost daily that my net drops out at least once. of course it doesn't seem like a big deal to the average user but when you play xbox live it can be a real pain in the ass. Their equipment is bullshit and breaks ALL the time. Especially the DVR's which i think were built to malfunction. Also the HD sucks because i get digital distortion quite a bit during it. Sadly there is no option for me because my apartment complex doesn't allow satellite and as far as internet goes the only thing else that' i can get is FIOS but verizon is even worse than comcast so basically i am stuck paying out the ass for shit that only woks half the time. On my 3rd DVR now in 2 years and have to trade this one in. Why doesn't the FCC do something about this bullshit!
well i know it's been a while but i have to admit that the weight loss challenge has been an epic failure for the first month. i haven't lost shit. So now i am taking drastic measures. I am growing my beard until i reach my first goal weight which is about 13 pounds away. 5 Days a week i am only eating soup and carrot juice. And i am trying to work out every day or at least 5 days a week. So if you see my shaved you know i have done it! well the first goal at least.

Today is the first day of my weight loss challenge. I weighed in at 208.5. That's twenty pounds less than my heaviest. When i got married i was about 225. I have been gradually changing the way i eat and i have been sick for a couple weeks so i believe i have lost some weight already. I am going to Costco tonight to buy carrots and apples so i can start juicing. The problem is, it's wednesday and our date night. So i am eating out at Carraba's probably. Oh well just have to work out when i get home. Thanks for reading!.
I dj'd in NYC last Wednesday and it went well. I finally looked at the pictures today and i look fucking terrible. I look basically the same as i have for the past few years but i am sick of this shit. So many times i have tried to diet or work out or whatever but i always fail.. terrible. So i have decided that starting next week (when hopefully i will not be sick anymore) i am going to really commit to getting to my goal weight of 155. I will posting results probably weekly along with pictures from time to time. Not that anyone really cares all the much but some people read this and i am hoping that doing this publicly with help.
